"NGO Young Scientists Union "Intellect" conducts trainings in the project frame "Community and Election" for members of Sakrebulos of Adjara, which main target is to enlarge professional knowledge and sophisticate-aware difficult issues concerning the budgeting. "Budget Process of Local Self Government Bodies" "Budget Process of Georgia", "Social-economical Development Plan", "Making and Evaluation of State Target programs", "Normative-legal acts", "Hierarchy of Normative Acts", "Rules of Public Information Issues" – these is little list of training isseues, which were conducted by trainers Mikheil Ananidze, Tite Aroshidze and Irakli Ananidze in the target groups.

  March 30 –April 1 training-seminar was conducted for Sakrebulo members and office staff, except Sakrebulo, taining was presented also by office staff of Gamgeoba. Training – seminars got positive evaluation. Open evaluation of Sakrebulo members:
  Rusudan Shavadze Deputy Chairman of Sakrebulo:"First of all thanks to "Intellect". We are glad that NGO works actively and targetfully, which with Sakrebulo members orients to establish real local self-government. We want to achieve that too. These trainings were very good, because I am philologist by profession and budget and legal issues aren’t my sphere. When they presented us budget for discusion we met with lots of difficulties, these trainings should be conducted before and we wouldn’t make mistakes. I admit that I didn’t know what arrangement should be done before budget adoption. Listened training will help compulsory in similar issues."

  Omar Abuselidze Head of Organizational Issues Department - "Trainings are important for Sakrebulo members, because competency of each deputy probably isn’t accordant of the level, which is needed for their aligibility implementation. It would be better if study methodics would be more concrete and discuss programs from start up to the end.  Particularly important was training about legal issues, which are problematic even today in any Sakrebuloes."

  Jemal Diasamidze Chairman of Education, Culture, Sport and Turism Issues Committee: "I evaluate this training positively, because Sakrebulo members aren’t professionals in all activity, and on the trainings there were discussed issues, in which those people were dilettante. They are aware now. I from my professional view have some shortcuts in some activities; these training gave me much, now I can argue about any issues concerning legal or budget. Targeting professional additional training, training-seminars are excellent posibility".
