Media tour for CSOs working on disability issues
On May 29th, under the media tour, CSOs - working on the disability issues, hosted journalists working in the media of Adjara region.
The Media tour was aimed at increasing accountability and transparency of the CSOs working on disability issues.
Under the Media Tour, Journalists were introduced the major impacts of activities carried out by organizations working in Adjara ergion, existing problems, challenges and ways of dealing with challenges.
The following CSOs participated in The Media Tour : Disability Support and Information Centre - Adjara", Changes for Equal Rights; Voice of the Blind; Support for Special Needs; Adjara Deaf Connection; Protecting the Rights of Parents and Children with Deafness or Other Problems.
The Media Tour was organized under the project - "Civil Society Development Initiative-Georgia" (CSSIGE) by Adjara regional hub - Young Scientists Union "Intellect".
The project -"Civil Society Development Initiative"-Georgia, is financed by the European Union (EU) and co-funded by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS).
The "Civil Society Sustainability Initiative - Georgia"(CSSIGE) is implemented under the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) in collaboration with the “Civil Society Institute”(CSI), “Consulting and Training Centre”(CTC), the “Centre of Strategic Research and Development – Georgia”(CSRDG), “Education Development and Employment Center”(EDEC).
