Pilot Training Course - „CSO Management“
The CSO Management Pilot Training Course has been launched, within which students and civil society organizations will go through three-month educational course.
The course covers the following topics: the basics of CSO management; Preparing financial documentation; Methods of Problem Identification; Advocacy/lobbying; Project Planning; Drawing up a logical framework of the project; Planning and writing / scheduling activities; Budgeting; Project management; Project budget management; Preparing project software report; Preparing financial report of the project; PR and Public Relations.
Training course was created by Adjara regional hub (Young Scientists Union "Intellect") under the the project "Civil Society Development Initiative - Georgia" (CSSIGE).
