Project objectives:

-          Strengthening potential of self-government bodies of target municipalities for socio-economic development  of the territories, population employment, poverty reduction;

-          Strengthening decision making potential of self-government bodies regarding municipal finances, supporting development of fair, transparent and effective financial policy;

-          Supporting the improvement of self-government services provided to the population;

-          Improvement of reputation of self-government bodies of target municipalities and building population’s trust towards them;

-          Developing strategic plans for target municipalities;

-          Introduction of modern marketing methodology of territories, facilitate creation of favorable investment environment;

-          Increasing effectiveness and purposefulness of municipal budgets through transforming municipal services on the principles of funding;

-          Introduction and development of service systems meeting modern service requirements of population and business sector.
