Young Scientists Union “Intellect” will conduct trainings for the candidates of majoritarian deputies participating in the elections of Sakrebulo of the local self-governing bodies of the municipality communities of Ajara.
The objective of the training will support the development of the methodology for election program of the candidates. The training will also provide an opportunity for the participants to learn about election and Code of the local self-governing bodies along with other adjacent Legislations. Also “Intellect” will provide information about skills and specifications of public speech to the candidates.

Agenda of the training was formed in the following way:
1. Organic Law of Georgia “Local Self-government Code”

• Authority of Sakrebulo member;
• Function and accountability of Sakrebulo member;

2. Methodology for developing an effective pre-election program;
3. Technique of public speech.

The training will be conducted by:

•   Levan Gobadze – Doctor of technical science, Chairman of board of Young Scientists Union “Intellect”;
•   Geno Geladze – Doctor of education, Chairman of the executive board of the Institute of Democracy;
•   Nugzar Kekelidze – Community Mobilizer at Young Scientists Union “Intellect”.

Young Scientists Union “Intellect” will help majoritarian candidates  organize issues for holding meetings with the community population.
Sakrebulo members, as majoritarian so candidates which were elected in proportional manner will be allowed to attend the training.
