TRAINING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES IN SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS
The training in the issues of small business will be held for the adult generation. The aim of the training is to support their self-employment, participation in the labor market and support of economical strengthening.
The training will be conducted in the scope of the project – “Elderly Resource Center” and aims to support their self-employment, participation in the labor market and support economical strengthening. The training will be conducted by the Young Scientists Union “Intellect”.
Duration of the training will be 64 hours and consist of the following training issues:
- Structure of the business plan;
- Forming ideas;
- Marketing plans;
- Organizational and Acting plans;
- Business planning and beginning;
- Taxation case;
- Financial management;
- Business loans and their management;
- Business social responsibility and social entrepreneurship.
Together with the trainers of Young Scientists Union “Intellect” (Levan Gobadze, Davit Ardzenadze and Mari Papunidze) different experts will invited by the organization “Intellect” to participate in the training:
Jaba Guntaishvili – Expert of Agro Loan, representative of the Credo Bank;
Tom Ladek – Representative of the Peace Corps in Georgia (Social Entrepreneurship);
Zaza Mzhavanadze – Representative of agro business, owner of the farm of nut and olive.
Karlo Kekelidze – head of Informative-Consulting Service of N(N)LI “Agro Service Center”, chief financier and economist;
30 elderly persons will be trained in the scope of the above mentioned training. The best 15 business projects will then be funded.
